Never felt that way before, but she seemed as if she wasn't interested in assisting me with an issue I was having or showing appreciation that I was a member. Very unfortunate. I gave 2 stars because I believe businesses are struggling to find quality staff and don't believe her attitude is the overall attitude of Planet Fitness.
