- KKKayla1 day ago1.0We were called back to the room sharply by the MA. We sat for 25 minutes waiting for the NP which is fine. However, the NP walked in, no knock. Said snapped at us “why are you here?” I explained the reasoning, all while she didn’t sanitize her hands when she entered the room, left the door wide open while trying to examine my child. She did not look once in my direction (as I am the mother trying to explain what’s happening) she dismissed all concerns and made my son feel uncomfortable and to me it felt like we were an inconvenience trying to get help. Absolutely horrible between the MA’s attitude towards my son and I to the nurse practitioners attitude. I work in health care, I understand the work flow but this treatment was just not acceptable.
