  I just wish it didn't take so long to receive my glasses... I mean, the doctor was terrific and my sales rep- I believe her name is Rosa- was outstanding. But for it to take up to 2 weeks does seem a little too long. The higher price I expected but the time between paying and receiving is a bit long. I do love that you can track the order though, that's pretty cool. Edit- it's been over 2 weeks and my order is still being processed? Not shipped, delivered or ready but processed?

  It's great place to get your eyes checked.it was nice that they took my insurance. Everyone was very nice and friendly n very knowledgeable

  Had a great experience with Rosa the day of my appointment. She took a lot of time to help me review my options, gave her opinion on glasses I tried on, and was very kind and caring. On the day of pick up, which was only about 9 days from my appointment, Brent was phenomenal. He made sure everything was perfect before I left. They do a great job and all work well together. The entire practice is full of happy and positive vibes and it's all around just an easy and stress free experience.
