  Had a great experience with Rosa the day of my appointment. She took a lot of time to help me review my options, gave her opinion on glasses I tried on, and was very kind and caring. On the day of pick up, which was only about 9 days from my appointment, Brent was phenomenal. He made sure everything was perfect before I left. They do a great job and all work well together. The entire practice is full of happy and positive vibes and it's all around just an easy and stress free experience.

  Rosa was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. So knowledgeable and personable. I personally do not wear glasses, so I arrived with my son and just our medical insurance. She went above and beyond to search one of the databases to confirm we have separate eye insurance. At no point did we feel rushed and she took time to answer all of my questions. If I could recommend Rosa a million times I would! Exemplary customer service.
