She gave some advice and explained the different type of lens and even offered me a bonus. Rest of the staff are comes around and asks if you need assistance all with a smile. The optometrist I think it was Mr. Saadi was very nice as well.

I had never been to LensCrafters before and had previously experienced several problems having glasses made she was patient. She was kind she was thorough and she was professional, and as I looked around the store, I realized that everyone it was helping customers with giving them a smile and a professionalism that was wonderful to see when I picked up my glasses.
