I explained I needed replacement lenses and then was told the person at the front desk could help, all while someone jumped in front of me in the line. Terrible service to say the least. They didn't acknowledge I had been waiting in line when the person behind me cut in front of me. That associate is definitely not getting commission off of me to say the least. Currently googling other eye glass stores while waiting on line again. Update: the front desk person told me to sit while they try to get someone to help. I walked out. I just left to go to Visionworks Chimney Rock, 331 Chimney Rock Rd, Bound Brook, NJ 08805.

She immediately asked what we were looking for and picked out many frames for my husband(Robert Wood) to try. Judy explained all the details and choices regarding the style of frame and lenses. We have never been taken care of so well. We had come from our ophthalmologist office that had a glasses/frame vendor on site which was disappointing. We also previously used PearlVision in a nearby town. We would follow Judy if she ever left Lenscrafters store 0609.

Also very helpful in choosing the kind of glasses I needed. When I went to select my frames, I got really patient help from Carmela. I would not have made a choice that evening if she didn’t help me.
