If you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable staff come to this Lenscrafters! I had the opportunity to be paired with Tracey and she was wonderful to work with. She gave some advice and explained the different type of lens and even offered me a bonus. Rest of the staff are comes around and asks if you need assistance all with a smile. The optometrist I think it was Mr. Saadi was very nice as well.

Awesome experience, everything was explained well. I told Alessandra what I was looking for frames wise and she provided multiple options. When it came to the lenses she did the same. Happy to see there is still amazing customer service being provided in retail.

I had never been to LensCrafters before and had previously experienced several problems having glasses made she was patient. She was kind she was thorough and she was professional, and as I looked around the store, I realized that everyone it was helping customers with giving them a smile and a professionalism that was wonderful to see when I picked up my glasses. They were perfect. I plan on going back very soon for additional glasses. The trip was well worth it. Laura

Bailey was extremely helpful, she answered all our questions and made the process of getting my sister and I's new glasses a great experience. She upsold me by providing clear reasons and examples on both why getting thinner lenses and the protection plan for my sister and I is a worthwhile investment. Thank you to the entire staff of Lenscrafters Bridgewater, they were all kind and attentive. We also didnt feel rushed even though we came so close to closing time and was even open for us 5 minutes after closing while our purchases were finalized.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
