They explained all our options and asked about insurance. Sales associate Jason helped with selection and answered all our questions and explained procedures with mailing frames and maintenance too. We received a discount for buying two frames which was a bonus to us. It was a pleasure buying from Warby Parker. We will definitely use this company again in future.
