The nurses prepping were also professional and knowledgeable about what was going to happen. They provided a calm environment. Dr. Pagonis was also courteous, professional yet explaining everything that was going to happen next. The procedure went so smoothly I didn’t even realize it was over. Would highly recommend this office.
