- VFVivian FalcoJan 31, 20265.0I highly recommend HomeWell Care Services. When I first called to investigate 24 hour live-in services, my entry was with Bobby Unkel. Bobby, on a Friday of a holiday weekend, took the time to answer thoroughly all of my questions. Over the holiday weekend, he continued to support my quest so that a comprehensive assessment of my mother could be done in a timely fashion with the goal of having services in place in a very short timeframe. Mary the nurse and Bobby met my family member and asked all the appropriate questions to follow up with Nalita who carefully matched a compassionate and knowledgeable caregiver with hospice and complicated medical experience. It has been one week and I could not have asked for a caregiver better than Nora. Nora is compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. Nora provides her skilled assistance with genuine empathy that fosters a trust for my family member who was initially reluctant to having someone in her home. Over this first week, with many transitional challenges, Nora has been proactive and observant identifying changes and understanding of her client's health with a focus on safety. Nora is patient and flexible with ever changing daily routines. She knows how to guard for transfer and walking safety and also takes the time to enable my family member to participate (even if partially) in activities of daily living such as dressing and eating. Nora provides excellent encouragement to foster independence of her client. I recommend HomeWell Care Services without reservation. If you are looking for a home health aid and want peace of mind that your loved one will be cared for, consider HomeWell Care Services.
