The instructors are professional, approachable, and truly know what they’re doing—giving clear direction, thoughtful, hands-on adjustments, and helpful cues on which muscles you’re working. These are some of the hardest—and best—classes I’ve taken in Hunterdon County. I feel stronger in my body and supported by the community to keep showing up for myself.

Get a call a week later saying I owe them $30 plus a fee because the payment never went through and the woman over the phone is threatening collections. So how was I allowed to book the class and cancel the class when there was no form of approved payment? I attached a new form of payment when told to do so to pay that $30 so I wouldn’t get any other charges. Few days later I get a notice that I owe $75 dollars…this is ridiculous at this point. I’m frustrated. Feels scammy. Will never be using this place again.
