  Excellent service today, checked in on the app, waited about 5 mins, and was seen by Adam. Super chill guy, friendly and we chatted for the few minutes it took to draw blood. We laughed about impatient people who have apparently review bombed this place. Most reviews like that are total BS. I was in and out in less than 10 mins, and really appreciated a nice conversation and positive attitude so early in the morning.

  Valerie at Quest was amazing. She was calm, professional, and gentle with my blood draw. She explained each step and kept everything moving even though she was clearly busy. You can tell she works hard and cares about patients. The wait time, though, was out of control. They schedule too many people at once. The staff is booked back to back all day with no breathing room. I almost felt bad seeing how nonstop they were working. Valerie did her best in a tough situation. Management needs to fix the scheduling so the staff and patients are not overwhelmed.

  I just want to say every time I visit quest it is the best! anyone that says different has not been the LabCorp. the quest in Bound Brook is punctual, friendly, helpful. I can't say enough good things about my multiple experiences over the years and this last time I just had a question and needed some advice and they were able to set me up with what I needed and Cherie was such a delight to work with, even for just a few minutes with her, she was a highlight of my day.
