- MPMartha PywowariwOct 12, 20241.0This is regarding the Acme Sav-on Pharmacy in Bordentown NJ - I have been a customer of theirs for quite a few years but things have truly gone downhill. Tried to call customer service but no one answers. I tried the Chat in my Acme app but again, it doesn’t seem to exist. So I’m taking this to Google instead. My prescription was for 90 pills/3 month supply but they gave me 30 pills instead and charged my insurance company the full 90. When I had to come back to the pharmacy to get the balance of my medication, I simple asked what kind of a double check system does this pharmacy have in place, so that this doesn’t happen to others, and the only response I received from the woman is “they have a double check system.” Clearly that’s not the case since someone would have caught this very obvious error made and corrected it before the patient received his/her medication. This is so serious, that I had to write the review. This is people’s medication and not something to be messed around with. If they can give wrong quantities to people and no one bothers to double check them, what other huge errors will be made with people’s meds? Wrong dosages? This is scary and should be a huge concern for Acme Sav-on Pharmacy and for the customers who put their trust in these pharmacists.
