  Dear Dr. Augustin, I want to preface with "this is not a compliment, it is a fact". And if I am not satisfied with any service, I am quick to complain. So, Jack Smith recommended you to me about 10 or 15 years ago. I had had a knee replacement in 2001 and I broke the appliance due to a fall. You called the appliance company to tell them the appliance was broken and they did not believe you so you invited them to the surgery so they could see it. Since I met you I don't think of any other doctor if there is a bone issue. Then in 2016 you fixed my pinky finger which was injured. It works great. Thanks so much for your excellent care. You are not only an excellent physician but you also have a way about you that immediately put me at ease. I've found many doctors offices to be cold and uninviting. Not yours. Your administrative staff is outstanding. Their attitude is so pleasant and comforting. There is nothing too much for them. I made an appointment for my grandson to visit on 5/30/19 and during the phone call I spoke to 2 people, I wish I knew their names. I told one of them to tell you that I said not only do you provide excellent medical care but you also offer excellent administrative care. I am so glad Jack recommended you to me. Thanks so much.
