  I usually have great service at this particular urgent care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. The ladies in front are absolutely amazing!! They are 10/10 and definitely deserve a raise!! I went to urgent care because I feel terribly ill. Once I was called, I got swabbed and waited for over an hour for a doctor to see me. When I entered the examination room the doctor was sitting on his phone in the cubicle thing. There were only two patients in two different exam rooms. Another patient and I. My wife had to leave the room and ask when we would be seen to as we had watched two full episodes of the Netflix show that was playing. The second my wife expressed frustration and came back to sit with me in the room, the doctor showed up immediately! He spoke to me for 30 seconds and told me I could leave. The waiting room was filled with people and that doctor had been sitting on his phone! Absolutely upsetting!

  This is one of my favorite urgent care places mainly because of Victoria Charles and Dr. Carroll Dr. Carroll is very kind very gentle he’s understanding and he was just so easy to talk to and put my mind at ease. Victoria Charles is a one in 1 million she took care of me last time in irrigated my ear that was severely severely blocked up and she said I’m gonna get this done and she did it and it took a little while and she wasn’t impatient. She is a lovely young lady and both of them are Top Doc’s to me 😉Susan H

  I had a really great experience with Nurse Practitioner Robert. He made me feel comfortable right away and took his time during the appointment. He actually listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made sense. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt like he genuinely cared. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and pays attention to detail. I left feeling confident and well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend him.

  Not a fan of Dr. Carroll. His bedside manner is very poor. He came into the room in a flash and left in a flash. Very sarcastic. A nurse practioner that should go back to school and learn how to talk to patients. You won't go far if you can't humble yourself. No grace and very prideful.

  It was my first time here was pretty great!, I tend to twist and turn into a pretzel in my sleep and woke up with a stiff neck 😥 i was in a lot of pain... i came in, the check-in was quick did it right on my phone, the front desk lady was really nice and I was in and out with a prescription in less then 25mins. Would recommend 👌🏻
