  Arrived to an empty waiting room, still waited for a while before they helped me I was late for an appointment by a min and their stupid software won’t let me check-in Overall 0 stars Unfriendly Hard to find Rude Slow

  I would give 0 stars. I drove a half hour out of my way WITH AN APPOINTMENT for 9am. Doors locked, lights off--no one showed up to work. Called corporate they did not seem to care either. Told me to go to another location. No sympathy, no care. I will never use Quest again.

  Bridgette is an outstanding phlebotomist! I drive all the way from Wayne, NJ. to Bernardsville. She is the only one I will go to to have blood drawn. I have small veins but that is not a stumbling block for Bridgette. One stick, no digging, and the task is excellently completed with care. She is the best !! Mary Ann I Smith
