    I’m so glad I switched gyms because this one was a horrible experience. The staff are extremely unprofessional. When I walked in to check in, the employee at the front desk was on the phone, talking to another customer, and ringing someone up for a drink all at the same time,and still managed to be rude. She could’ve simply told the person on the phone to hold for a moment.When my barcode didn’t scan, she didn’t say anything, so I assumed it went through and started walking to the bathroom. Then she yelled, ‘Hey, you little girl, come back and scan again.’ I’m a grown woman regardless of your background or slang, that’s not how you speak to a customer.I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable, so I left and went to another gym. This was actually the second bad experience the first time, another staff member demanded an ID or passport just to enter, which made no sense. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this gym. I’ve also noticed that instead of doing their job and cleaning, an employee just stands around talking to customers for minutes at a time. It makes the place look unprofessional.

    I have been a Planet Fitness member since 2019 and have been consistently visiting this particular location since 2022. This evening, I experienced an issue at check-in when the front desk employee asked if my membership was based in another state. I confirmed that it was, and he proceeded to inform me that I could only visit 10 times per month before being charged an additional fee. I was unaware of this policy, as it has never been mentioned to me in the past. When I asked for clarification, the employee became rude and condescending instead of taking the time to explain the situation professionally. His tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Fortunately, another staff member, Hector, stepped in and handled the matter with professionalism and courtesy. He clearly explained that while the policy has always existed, it is not always strictly enforced, and he kindly provided guidance on how to transfer my membership to this location. I greatly appreciate Hector’s respectful and helpful approach. However, the initial interaction was disappointing and not reflective of the welcoming environment Planet Fitness promotes. Consistent communication of policies and proper customer service training would go a long way in preventing similar experiences for other members.

    great environment i walked in and was immediately greeted by a short white male with short hair. he scanned me in and told me to have a great work out. all the machines work and i left feeling great they also have a great selection of drinks at the front so that was replenishing truly a great establishment definitely will be returning

    The gym is a nice facility, however, it really falls short on new employee training especially for the ones at the reception scanning members in, not all but a good number of male employees would never greet you and say anything as they scan you in. It really ruins the whole experience from the get go.planet fitness, please work on this if you value your customers
