impress they solve the problem gave me medicine but most important the woman was so sweet and polite I felt right at home. I haven’t felt like this in a long time some people are perfect for their jobs. This will be the only urgent care i would go to hoping she would be there to help me.
Best Urgent Care I’ve received to date. Thank you know that I’ll be back as necessary. Hopefully, not too soon. With Smiles and Care, A Happy Patient.

My experience at this facility was very disappointing and concerning from a professional standpoint. I went in for a foot abscess that was actively draining pus and causing sharp, significant pain—clearly a condition requiring prompt medical attention.
Despite there being no other patients waiting, I was left in the room for approximately one hour after my vital signs were taken, without receiving proper evaluation or treatment, while continuing to be in pain.
After that time, a medical assistant returned only to inform me that medications had been sent to the pharmacy, without any basic procedure being performed to treat the abscess, such as drainage or wound care. When I tried to get clarification from the doctor, Dr. Auth, her response was limited and lacked empathy, stating only that antibiotics had been prescribed.
I left the facility still in pain, with the wound untreated and continuing to drain. As a nursing professional, I find the level of care provided to be well below acceptable medical standards, both in terms of clinical care and patient communication.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility.
My family and I have been a patient at this location before, but after tonight, I will not be returning.
My 9-year-old daughter arrived at 7:35 PM with her father for a possible ear infection. Instead of being seen, she was turned away and told to go to PM Pediatrics. While we have gone there in the past, we chose this location tonight because the weather was bad and this office was much closer to us.
When I found out she was turned away, I called to ask why and to confirm whether they see children. I was told that they do treat pediatric patients, but the doctor had decided not to see any more patients because there were too many charts left to complete. Turning away a sick child 25 minutes before closing time is unacceptable.
I have worked in urgent care myself, and we never turned patients away prior to closing, especially not for administrative reasons. I understand that healthcare is demanding, but patient care should always come first.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Families deserve better, especially when seeking care for their children.
