- SVSavanna VDec 5, 20251.0The lack of compassion, respect, and dignity is absolutely absurd. I would give -20 stars if I could. My handicap brother is a guest of mine and grandfather. A manager with red hair, overweight, and older was very disgraceful to my grandfather. She tried to make my grandfather feel silly for not having a guest sign in for my special needs brother that does not have a phone. Instead of making appropriate exception she made a fool out of herself giving my grandfather and I a very hard time. Ruined my brother’s, grandfather, and myself workout. No judgement free zone? This is quite literally the opposite. This was discriminating over my brother, my grandfather being older and not tech savvy, and pure ruthless. This has happened 3 TIMES. We have explained. Disgusting behavior at it’s finest…
- SASnowflake AristotleNov 23, 20252.0This location closes early on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, so they aren't 24 hours. There's always broken machines. I think the rotary torso machine has been broken for over 2 months. In the afternoons and evenings, no one cleans. No one cleans on the weekends, either. Staff are always playing with their phones up at the desk. There's no place to stretch or do mat exercises so people are laying the mats next to the machines which is pretty dangerous. It's good to go during work hours when it's older people who aren't on their phones taking up machines. Those old people are really serious about getting fit. After school you can't get people to move. They aren't interested in working out.
