- OCOmar CaalSep 18, 20255.0If you're looking for a Dr. that listens and takes care of your needs, well Dr. Gurland is the best. He's caring and attentive. The staff is the best, starting with Jessica at the front desk with speedy phone calls and check ins. As well as Nurse Jessica who takes care of vitals quickly and getting the information to the doctor quickly and ensuring the patient's needs. To lastly but not least Leslie who manages the office and keeps patients records according. I've never felt so relaxed and at home in Dr. Gurlands office feels like they always roll out the red carpet when I visit.

They speak about patients in public, vent their frustrations out loud, and carry themselves with an attitude that has no place in a healthcare setting. It’s unacceptable. The doctor himself is just as disappointing. Repeatedly ordered the same bloodwork without offering any solutions, and never referred my father to a specialist. It felt like he was simply checking boxes. When my father was clearly deteriorating, this doctor visited him in the hospital and told us he was “fine” completely ignoring the reality of the situation. He didn’t bring up hospice care, didn’t take action, didn’t show any urgency or compassion. I had to make the hospice call myself. But it was too late my father passed before we could get him the help he needed. This wasn’t a mistake. It was neglect. And it cost my father the dignified care he deserved in his final days. This office is not just unprofessional it’s dangerous. If you value your loved one’s life, look elsewhere . Google is a better Doctor .
