That kind of extra effort really stood out. He also helped me renew my GNC Pro Membership and took the time to clearly explain the current promotions and how to maximize savings with every purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer service like he does. To the store manager, if you’re reading this—please recognize this guy. He deserves a promotion or at least Employee of the Month. GNC needs more people like Riggz representing the brand!
