    Club Pilates of Basking Ridge is the best addition to my weekly routine! I signed up for Club Pilates over a year ago on a whim in hopes it would be a helpful addition to my weekly routine to improve my overall flexibility and help develop my core in hopes of alleviating lower back pain. After my first few weeks, there was a huge improvement in my full body strength and my lower back pain subsided. Now, over a year since starting at CPBR, I consider it a vital part of my weekly routine as it supports my other physical activities (running and horseback riding) and general mental well-being! That being said, I wouldn't be feeling such improvement if it wasn't for the CPBR instructors. They are highly knowledgable and are considerate of all different levels. I love that the start of each class they ask if anyone has anything (injuries, general discomfort) and they check in with folks throughout class that raised some concerns. The instructors also make it fun by bringing such positive energy and of course playing some really good music. What I also love is that instructors change things up with the routines - I've been to workout classes that become monotonous but not at CPBR. Every class I feel challenged while always feeling safe. Thank you CPBR family!

    I joined this studio in May 2025 and started with the Intro class. I loved it! I jumped right into Unlimited and go 3-5x a week. All of the instructors are so friendly and really make sure you are doing all movements correctly so you get the most out of all workouts and prevent any injuries. Before each class starts they ask about any current injuries you may have so that they can be aware and modify workouts if needed. The instructors learn your name quickly and will give you good feedback throughout classes! Because I do unlimited, it makes it easier for me to sign up for up to 15 classes in advance so I usually do not need to jump onto a waitlist. If I have been on a waitlist, I more often than not get into the class because there can always be drop outs. After the first 2 weeks of consistently going I felt a lot more flexible and my knee pain went away. I haven't felt the need to run to the chiropractor for back or neck pain either. I highly recommend Club Pilates in Basking Ridge!! If you join here, you also get to use the Club Pilates in Madison and Short Hills so you have more options for scheduling.

    I've been going to Club Pilates in Basking Ridge for almost 7 years and still love it! My core has really strengthened. The classes can be as challenging as you want, they always give you options to ramp up or take it easy, especially if you have an injury. The instructors have been great helping me come back from knee replacement surgery.

    If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the very first intro class at Club Pilates Basking Ridge, I was hooked, and now, 150 classes later, I can honestly say this place has transformed my life. As someone who’s been on a serious fitness journey, Pilates has become the missing piece that brought everything together. My posture, core strength, flexibility, and even everyday movement have improved in ways I never thought possible. I’m stronger, more aligned, and more in tune with my body than I’ve ever been. The energy here is something special. Jody, the manager, is awesome, approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares. The instructors are all top-notch, each bringing their own style and expertise. Doug and Eleanor, in particular, bring an incredible mix of challenge, encouragement, and precision that keeps me coming back. The fellow students are warm, welcoming, and just great people to share a class with. I never expected a group fitness class to become such a meaningful part of my life, but this studio is more than a place to work out. It’s a community and a cornerstone of my health and well-being. Can’t recommend it enough.
