  Coach Jon Encarnacion is great! He is very energetic, motivating and takes the time to help with form and technique. He seems like a genuinely nice guy. He also has good toons during class!!

  Alpha Fitness has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and motivated. Liz, the owner, is absolutely amazing. She has this way of making everyone feel like they belong from day one — no judgment, just encouragement and genuine care. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and about every single person who walks through those doors. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community. So grateful to be a part of it 💪✨

  I would like to preface this review with I hate working out. Never liked it. I started here maybe a month ago and I love it. The staff is always friendly. The coaches are always attentive and motivating. The app makes signing up for a class super easy. Great for beginners. The members are super supportive will get you through tougher days. All around 10/10 would recommend.

  Switching over to Alpha fit club was one of the best decisions I’ve been. The classes here are fun, challenging and always changing. I promise, you will never be bored. The staff is super friendly and makes the effort to know who you are so they can personally greet you by name and check in on you after class. The gym is also clean and equipment is well kept. As members we also play our own part to be respectful and keep the gym clean. The coaches are so encouraging and have the best playlist. I literally look forward to coming here even after a 12 hour over night shift. And my body has become so much stronger and leaner since being here, summer bodies are really made and kept here =D
