  After reading others reviews of Lebanon Miracle Ear, I decided to make an appointment. I was pleasantly welcomed by Patty and continued in to have my hearing tested. Jake, the hearing specialist, has a demeanor that makes you feel very comfortable to be there. I was led by him through the purchasing format and soon after, received my aids. Jake does his job very well. He knows his products well and makes it a reassuring venture when taking on the new world of hearing aids.

  Thought about switching to Hearing Life, because of financial reasons. Miracle ear took into consideration our years of loyalty and matched the price plus a $770 increase. Because of his professional demeanor, genuine compassion, and total knowledge of hearing needs, this was well worth the increase. We trust, respect and are grateful for James Mills giving us quality of life through his service. I wish all customer services were up to the standards James Mills lives by.

  Jake and Patty are both great. The consultation with Jake was very informative in a very relaxed atmosphere. We are very happy with the new hearing aids and the service.
