  Wonderful Experience! Kevin Dumont was very professional. My husbands hearing has greatly improve without straining or trying to read lips. The device is small and is hardly visible. Best decision we have made. Thank you to Miracle Ear!!

  I could not be happier with my experience at Miracle Ear in Somersworth New Hampshire. I’ve had my hearing aids for about three weeks now, and I very satisfied with the results. The technology and the ability of my hearing aids is marvelous, I can now hear sounds I have not heard in years. The Bluetooth technology is marvelous when either using my phone or my iPad. I no longer have to have the volume cranked to maximum. Michael Bick has been very professional and so helpful and fine-tuning my new hearing aids to ensure that I am completely satisfied and understand how to use them properly. Although some may find the price a little expensive, they are so worth it. They provide a wide range of abilities and can be programmed for the use you need. Don’t hesitate make an appointment today.

  Don't bother. The communication is AWFUL! I had a hearing test, which was explained thoroughly and I was almost convinced. I decided to take a couple of days to think about the purchase and my financial plan options. Michael had given out his personal cell phone number, unprofessional, but I went with it. I followed up via email and he texted back. I emailed, I expect an email reply, but okay. I called and spoke with Michael on HIS CELL PHONE, a few days after my appointment saying I was going to move forward with the purchase on a Friday. He told me he would figure out how to email me the documents to sign since I was out of town the next day and he told me they are open on Saturdays 10-3. On same conversation he told me he'd be open regular hours 9-5 on Christmas Eve. I didn't receive an email within the 3 days he said he would so I swung by in the 11 o'clock hour on Christmas Eve. Door locked. I texted him. No answer. 3 days later he replied that his appointments had come and gone and he packed up early. 6 PLUS HOURS EARLY with no note on the door of modified holiday hours. So I went to stop by again today (Saturday) in the 11 o'clock hour, lights off, closed sign up. If someone tells me their hours of operation, I believe them. This isn't a pop up craft fair, this is a well known company and brick and mortar store that I will not be going back to or making any further efforts to communicate with. At this point I am very thankful I did not purchase on the spot.

  Went through the whole exam. Had the purchase agreement done and down payment applied and taken from our account. Went in for final fitting and to pick them up. Did all that and then they couldn't finance as the purchase agreement was agreed to originally. Now it's pay more or see ya later. Bad business procedure. Very disappointed!
