  This was my first time at Warby Parker to buy Prescription reading glasses. I couldn’t Be happier because there were so many amazing frames to choose from and the staff was so helpful and friendly. It was such an easy decision. The prices are really affordable and it gets mailed to my house directly, so very convenient.

  Devon and Rob were phenomenal! They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and had excellent customer service skills. My husband and I each purchased two pairs of glasses, and the entire process was seamless. They made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish.   Big shout out to Rob! I admit, I had probably tried on half the frames in that store before I let him help me lol! He picked out one pair, the Crane in striped cypress, which honestly I would have never even looked at if he hadn’t made the suggestion. The minute I put them on I knew they were “the one,” who knew green could look so pretty? This man knows his stuff, trust me! He was good enough to double check my pupillary distance and also submitted a claim to my insurance for me, he truly went above and beyond. Thanks Rob!!

  This location of Warby Parker in Salem, NH, is easy to get to, folks are helpful and friendly, and there is a wide selection of frames. Devon did an amazing job and was so patient; he listened to what I liked and brought me options. The fitting and purchase was easy. Would highly recommend.

I never felt rushed, and they made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable.
