  I took my two girls for a day pass and realized it would’ve made more sense to sign up for the one month option instead, after my transaction The gentleman who helped us at the front desk was very kind and told me that if I came back the next day, the manager working could adjust the price so we could switch to a month pass, and that it shouldn’t be an issue. After spending around $50 on our day visit, I realized we would’ve been better off paying for a full month so my children could come a few more times during their school vacation .I appreciated the staff member’s understanding and helpful attitude. also , Before we even came in, I had called that morning to ask about pool prices. The person I spoke with told me he was new and didn’t know the prices yet, but he was very polite and took the time to call me back once he found out. He gave me the children’s prices, which seemed fine, but when I arrived, I was surprised to learn there was an additional $20 fee just for me to watch my kids, even though I wasn’t using the pool. which is what made the month option seem more practical. When I returned the next day to speak to the manger , as i was told to do .I explained the situation , but they didn’t seem to know who had originally helped me, after I told them what time I was there. The kind female at the desk , helped us instead. while we did wait for a manager who they originally called down . Instead he walked passed by, he didn’t stop to talk. I recognized him from last summer, when I had another experience where I felt pressured to sign up for a long-term commitment instead of the month option that works best for our family. Overall, the facility is clean and family-friendly, and the majority of the staff are polite and welcoming. However, there seems to be some miscommunication among staff members, and the situation felt a bit uncomfortable. I wish management placed more value on helping families who prefer month-to-month memberships rather than year-long commitments, which can be hard to cancel. My children really enjoy the pool, and I had been interested in swimming lessons or even hosting a birthday party here, but this experience made me hesitant to move forward. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and flexibility for guests, and i realized I should’ve just done it on the same day .

  We have been part of the RAYs swim team family at the workout club for the last 4 years and love the positive and friendly environment that it provides to myself and my kids! Coach Aimee has been my daughter's coach for the last few years and she enjoys every practice with her! She is very patient, kind, caring, and very supportive of all the kids on the team. She takes time to work with each of the kids and help them build confidence in their swimming as well as an individual. When my daughter needed help with her dive she took the time after practice to work one on one with my daughter until she got the dive perfectly! I am so grateful for coach Aimee and all of the coaches on the RAYS who all have helped my daughter grow so much as a swimmer and an individual! I would recommend the workout club and the RAYs for anyone looking for a great swim team/swim lessons with caring, supportive and friendly coaches!

  I cannot say enough good things about Coach Aimee who has been my daughters swim coach at the Work Out Club for the last 3 years. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most patient and most considerate people I’ve ever seen work with children. Anyone who has actually spent time observing Aimee around children can clearly see her dedication, professionalism and love for children. As a parent, I’ve seen how supported and confident my child feels because of her, and that speaks volumes about her character and integrity. We are grateful for her, and all of the other coaches at the Work Out Club. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a swim instructor. She treats all children with kindness and has genuine commitment to the children in her care.

  Our family has had an amazing experience at Salem Workout Club, especially through the RAYS Swim Team. My daughter has been part of the team for four years now, and it has been such a positive and life-changing journey for her. Coach Aimee has been a huge mentor in my daughter’s development as a swimmer and as a person. Her encouragement, positivity, and belief in her athletes have given my daughter so much confidence in herself — both in and out of the pool. Coach Aimee always takes the time to support and motivate her, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about each swimmer’s growth. Because of this incredible environment, swimming has become one of my daughter’s biggest passions. We are so grateful for the RAYS program and the wonderful coaches at Salem Workout Club. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive and inspiring place for their kids!

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Aimee and the swim lessons provided. She worked privately with my two older daughters, who are naturally very reserved, and from the very first lesson they felt comfortable and at ease with her. Aimee has an incredible ability to adapt her instruction to each child’s unique needs, and the progress they made under her guidance was truly remarkable. One of my daughters had significant anxiety and was very intimidated by swimming. After just one lesson with Aimee, her confidence was noticeably transformed. Aimee approached her special needs with genuine care, warmth, and constant encouragement, creating an environment where fear was replaced with trust and belief in herself. The impact was so profound that, directly because of Aimee’s influence, one of my older daughters decided to join the Sting Ray's swim team, which she loves! Aimee also taught my youngest daughter in group lessons, and her kindness didn’t stop there. To this day, Aimee still greets her by name whenever she sees her. My youngest absolutely lights up and is thrilled every time she gets to say hello. Aimee is not just an exceptional swim instructor, she is a compassionate, attentive, and truly memorable mentor. Our family will always be grateful for the confidence, skills, and joy she helped instill in our children.
