StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Salem offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- SKSamir KhannaJul 11, 20251.0Make sure you bring socks, they will try to gouge you with $18 socks if you don't have them. I booked my appointment online, came in today, front desk person told me I needed socks. I told her I didn't have any (I was wearing flip flops), tried to sell me on $18 socks, I told her no I wouldn't do that. Then she claims that it is in the online material that you have to bring socks, I asked can she show me that, waiting for a bit while she looked, and then she admitted she couldn't find anything. I said we could re-schedule and I would be sure to bring socks, she said they could do that but that they would have to charge me for another session because I was "canceling" this session! Ridiculous. I will be disputing the charge and never going there.
