My experience with your Dr’s and your department behind lens crafters was excellent as always. However my experience with lens crafters and trying to purchase new glasses was horrible. I walked out it was so bad and have not replaced my glasses which are very scratched up. That was the reason to come in. I feel they tried to take advantage of me and didn’t care about me. I’ll never return because of that treatment.

Visit to Dr. was smooth and Dr. Abram’s very good and cordial. Glasses selection and insurance pursuit by LensCrafters was not so smooth. All said I bought a new pair of glasses and frames for over $500.

During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients).
