Our purchasing process consists of five straightforward steps: 1) Complete our callback request form and submit it. 2) Expect a call from our representative within one business day. 3) We'll verify your Medicare eligibility and explain your benefits. 4) We'll obtain a prescription from your doctor. 5) Your brace(s) will be delivered to your home in 1-2 weeks, followed by a call from us to address any usage questions.

Medicare typically covers 80% of the cost for eligible patients, as our braces are included in Medicare coverage. If you have secondary insurance, it may cover most or all of the remaining cost, subject to any deductibles. We manage the billing process with your insurance carrier directly.
