- AGA G1 day ago1.0The worst of the options in the area, it’s all cardio and barely anything to lift. It’s all just spread out with one machine for each muscle focus, which makes this gym frustrating when busy. Waste of time, go anywhere else!!

The ladies at the door turn the heat up to the point where it’s unbearable to work out. I bet if I left a cookie sheet out with cookie dough on it I’d have freshly baked cookies in 15 minutes. Go to Dover if you want to stay cool

And that if you question it, you are enacting “hate speech”…. My first thought was I’m finding another gym. Then I told myself screw that. If I do that, they win! I think I’m gonna call myself Debbie and start using the ladies locker room and showers. I mean Planet Fitness is perfectly fine with that so….
