There's a nice selection of frames, the store is clean, well organized, and conveniently located with easy parking. The staff is friendly and professional. Licensed optician Annabelle was especially helpful. When two pairs of purchased glasses were problematic because the Rx was incorrect (ie, not Warby Parker's fault), she didn't hesitate to make it right. Thanks to her efforts the glasses were remade and quickly delivered. The service was excellent.
