  As an Occupational Therapist who regularly collaborates with in-home caregivers, I can confidently say that Angela is exceptional. She is warm, personable, empathetic, and highly teachable. Most importantly, she consistently carries over the therapeutic exercises and strategies I prescribe week to week, which is essential for patient progress. Angela’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine compassion make her a vital part of the care team.   Home instead was terrific in making sure that my mom was able to stay at home until she passed. She required care everyday and they always made sure that someone was there. And besides the care, they had nurses who would check up with her monthly and when needed. The caregivers were wonderful and many became my mom's friend. The staff was always available. I go out of my way to recommend them when I talk to people who need the type of service they provide.

  Home Instead was the only way we could have had my Father stay in the comfort of his own home until his passing. It gave my Mother the respite she needed after many years of caregiving. Christine was so helpful in the intake process explaining the need for questions in order to provide a proper fit of patient to care provider. Each caregiver provided compassionate care and comfort to my Father. Home Instead also guided us to services needed from hospice when it was time. We were able to honor my Dad's wishes to stay at home and pass peacefully. We couldn't have done it without them.

  Convincing my mom to hire outside help to care for my father was not an easy decision. But in the end, Home Instead provided so much—not only for my dad, but for my mom as well. The caregivers assigned were a perfect fit for my dad’s temperament, personality, and needs, and he truly looked forward to their visits each day. They offered both physical and emotional support, always with patience, kindness, and genuine care. What began as a difficult choice became so much easier thanks to the incredible support we received from Home Instead. We are eternally grateful.
