I've called numerous times to ask Miracle-Ear to stop. No one ever answers the phone, perhaps they can't hear it?! Sometimes when I call I'm told the number has been disconnected. Coming back to the letter addressed to my mother..... She's been dead for six years and counting, perhaps this will finally get Kevin's attention.

Never got the courtesy of a call back. There's been 2 other issues as well. I would like nothing better than to cancel this contract and get my money back. Service sucks. Price is very high for such low quality of care!!!!!
