  Purchased a VERY expensive hearing aid system for my elderly mother through the Plymouth Miracle Ear location It appears the rechargeable battery has failed in one of the devices Called and got an answering service who assured me the Plymouth Store would be open. Drove from N Haverhill to find the store closed (during posted hours) Called from parking lot told I could bring in after 9:30 and arrived home to find an “appointment” had been issued for 4:45pm. No one answering the phone at the local office. Disappointed in poor customer service Unable to get anyone to answer the phone all day so drove to the Plymouth Office for the 4:45 appointment. After attempting to test the defective device in a charger that was on their shelf (that didn’t work) I was told the device would have to be sent out for repair and it would be up to 4 weeks to get it back. Update Called the Littleton NH Office on 1/30/26 during normal business hours hoping I might get some level of customer service Was told I would get a call back which I did not. Be aware if you purchase a hearing aid system from this company and have a battery fail, which we did inside of two years, you might have to wait up to 4 weeks to get it back, provided they are still in business

  Kevin Dumont keeps mailing my mother asking her to come in for an exam, Kevin's been mailing these letters for over six years now. I've called numerous times to ask Miracle-Ear to stop. No one ever answers the phone, perhaps they can't hear it?! Sometimes when I call I'm told the number has been disconnected. Coming back to the letter addressed to my mother..... She's been dead for six years and counting, perhaps this will finally get Kevin's attention.

  I am extremely disappointed in Miracle Ear. I specifically called 24-hours ago, asking to please call me about my appointment time. Never got the courtesy of a call back. There's been 2 other issues as well. I would like nothing better than to cancel this contract and get my money back. Service sucks. Price is very high for such low quality of care!!!!!
