I called directly to the pharmacy twice and they put me on hold for at least 15 minutes and never came back to the phone. The best pharmacy for me was Rite Aid because they took care of you right away. I wish they never went out of business

Perhaps there’s some store policy she was adhering to, but she was very abrasive in the way she dealt with the situation and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the situation before walking away.
