Spin bikes, rowing machine, stair stepper, treadmills, upright and sit down bikes, and more! Tons of free weights, spaces to stretch and do independent strength training, glute and ab machines galore! Beautiful spa, complete with Cryo massage therapy, red light booth, tanning, massage chairs, water massage… oh my! Definitely check this location out if you are a black card holder! You won’t be disappointed.

And handicap bathroom stall can never use because those who are not handicap are constantly using. Isn't exactly HANDICAP for a reason right, for those who are just that HANDICAP and or the stall constantly has feces all over hardly ever clean. Quite disgusting

Good variety of equipment and the new black card spa facilities are wonderful. I love the new Plaistow location!!
