  I went in with questions in mind about vitamins and proteins, Ashley came right out from behind the counter and went into detail and gave all the knowledge I needed and then some. Great store and amazing assistance!

  Went into purchase one meal replacement powder. The shelf said buy one get 50% off when I got to check out they told me that the promotion had ended at 12 o’clock an hour and 45 minutes before. They would not honor it. I told him to take the sign down, and I would never be back again.

  It was a slow Thursday morning and I was preparing for my daily gym workout. Unfortunately, I quickly came to the realization that my supply of protein powders had dwindled; I only had one choice — visit GNC in Plaistow. The drive was a pleasant experience. There was ample parking up front. I decided to park my vehicle next to a white Hyundai Elantra. With an open lot, it made it easy to survey my options, and carefully maneuver my car into the location and proceed into the GNC premises. Upon entering I was greeted with a very friendly Dominican-American staff member by the name of Marcos. Marcos was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my fitness needs as if we had been playing Fortnite on his PlayStation 4 since we were children in middle school. He walked me through each of my options, and even offered me to join the rewards program with GNC to save more money on other various deals around the store. Leaving GNC that day, protein powder in hand, and a bigger appreciation for Marcos, I learned that day that the youths of our surrounding are very knowledgeable, and I will be forever endowed to Marcos and the knowledge he bestowed upon me. From the bottom of my heart — thank you.

  Every single time I try and come to this store they are NEVER open. Did they close or do they have different store hours? They have their hours listed as 10am-8pm however every single time I come no one is there on time. I’ve been sitting outside for an a little over an hour and watched 5 people come and go. Part of me wants to wait until someone shows up to tell them they need to change their hours or hire people who will actual work their listed hours this is NUTS

  This guy Nate that people refer to no longer works there. I've gone into the store numerous times and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.
