  I could not be happier with my experiences with Medical Eye Center. I see Dr. Elia on a regular basis as a follow up for retinal tears. Always thorough and very professional. Yesterday, I thought I had had another tear, so the staff was able to find an appointment in the afternoon with Dr. Fazelot. Thankfully, not a tear, but I really appreciate the quick and caring service. First class staff and first class service. Thank you.

  I was nervous about this appt. They said it would take 2 hrs! Honestly, it was less than 2 hrs. I did not wait long for anything. The technician did quite a few eye tests/exams but it went fast. Dr Bartels was lovely and informative. I highly recommend them.

  Procedure went well, so the 2 stars are not for the MD. I was not informed of all my appointments, and was called into the office, late for an appointment. Being a diabetic, I requested early procedures, and was told I would get them, but was scheduled for 1130 am. First eye appointment was at 1030, and was left in pre op for 3 hours waiting for anesthesiologist, who was tied up with another patient. I understand that, however, I did not request, or received anesthesia. So my first eye was done by 2pm. Again, not early for a diabetic, and my blood sugar was 60. Then, we were told MD office called in eye drops to our pharmacy, only to find out they were not. Waited hours to get it all straightened out.

  Dr Link was fantastic- very thorough, explained his thought process well. The office staff was super accommodating and got me in very quickly for an appointment, and we're a pleasure to work with!
