What an amazing experience. I sat on my favorite pair of Randolph Sunglasses. I thought they were goners. I went to LensCrafters & Suzanne was AMAZING. She went to work like a surgeon with her pliers & screwdrivers and they are as good as new and she would not charge me a dime. The store is fantastic & they have great inventory. My next pair of glasses I get will definitely be from them.

While on a job site today my boss stepped on my glasses. My prescription was expired (of course) but I was able to get an exam within 4 hours. After getting excellent help from the optometrist, I then went and got help from Laura to get new glasses. I showed her my broken pair and she suggested an awesome replacement pair (gotta have color!) and then when I commented that I would have to use an older pair of glasses for two weeks while I waited for the new pair, she checked my broken frames and found a similar display pair and swapped out my lenses for the cost of $100. So two weeks for my new progressive glasses but in the meanwhile I have my original prescription reading glasses. I am so glad that each time I go in Laura has been available. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and amazing with helping me choose new frames. I always enjoy having her help me because it’s quick and we always manage to laugh about something. If you need help, definitely ask for Laura!!

Almost two years ago I bought my glasses from this store. I spent over 500 dollars and bought a year warranty. Well, I know the warranty is past but the coatings are coming off my lenses which looks completely awful. It looks like my glasses are dirty. I contacted them to see what they could do. The person I met with was not overly polite. They said they would write to the powers that be, and then they never got back to me. I reached out again and they now say, I need to come in. I already did that. I have worn glasses for 30 years and I have never had the coatings come off. NEVER. So why did it happen? They said it was due to scratches however, I have a scratch resistent coating. They have just given me the runaround. I will not be going back to this place ever again and I would think twice before you get your glasses there.

I had a great experience today at the LensCrafters on 225 Daniel Webster Highway. Stephanie was a huge help. I was a little overwhelmed at first with the process, but she walked me through each step and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable. I’m very happy with the outcome and hope she’ll be available the next time I visit.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, smooth, and well-organized.
Laura was amazing! she was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect frames. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure you feel confident and comfortable with your choice.
Dr. Lewis was just as wonderful. The exam was thorough but easygoing, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel rushed. I really appreciated how attentive and professional they were.
Overall, The entire visit was seamless, welcoming, and honestly… enjoyable. It’s not every day you leave an eye appointment feeling this good! Huge thank you to the entire team and especially Laura and Dr. Lewis for such a top-tier experience I’ll definitely be back!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
