He made my wife and I very comfortable right from the start. From the initial interview to the hearing test, then post hearing test discussion and finally to setting me up with hearing aids he was great He explained everything he was doing. Why he was doing it and what I should expect. He did not try selling me the most expensive setup; which I really appreciated. He explained all about the technology which I found being tech geeky like him was extremely interesting. But above all his dedication to getting everything just right for my needs was impressive. During this check up Kerri, the new girl in the office, was very professional providing me with a new hearing test and loading the new profile into my hearing aids. She then cleaned and replaced the ear bud providing the best service. Would highly recommend Miracle Ear in Nashua. The best news is their follow up services are free of cost!
