- GCGregory CJun 29, 20245.0Just got my first pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids, I had been using a different brand for years. I was a bit reluctant going back to hearing aids as I did not like the way they felt, but my wife told me she was retiring from being my HA's. Brandon helped me select the best style, and function that I needed, my hearing is BAD >100 dB loss. Brandon let me try a sample pair for a couple of weeks and when I went back, he adjusted them based on my feedback and then let me take the demos back for a 2nd test run. Let me tell you, these are MUCH better and a LOT for comfortable than my previous units. If you unsure, give Brandon an hour of your time, No money, and see what he can do for you. PS, insurance paid a major portion of the final bill. Brandon has definatley improved both my wife's and my life. Thanks Brandon.

He made my wife and I very comfortable right from the start. From the initial interview to the hearing test, then post hearing test discussion and finally to setting me up with hearing aids he was great He explained everything he was doing. Why he was doing it and what I should expect. He did not try selling me the most expensive setup; which I really appreciated. He explained all about the technology which I found being tech geeky like him was extremely interesting. But above all his dedication to getting everything just right for my needs was impressive.
