I appreciate Evan and LensCrafters and straining out. My pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. I thought they were totaled but Evan did a great job and great customer service. Thank you!

I visited on Thursday 10/30/25. There were 2 others being helped, so I browsed and chose about 10 frames to try. After a half hour, the other clients left, but the 2 women working still did not acknowledge me. I left and they lost a $700 plus sale. Unexpectedly, I found myself at the Pheasant Lane mall on 11/1 and stopped in at that location. I figured I would give Lens Crafters one more chance. I was immediately greeted and though they were swamped, advised to look around, was given a tray when they saw how many I was choosing and they checked in with me often. The location near Barnes and Noble need to step up

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I stopped in unannounced after one of my students accidentally sat on my glasses, and they were completely bent out of shape. Evan was so kind and helpful. They took the time to fix them right on the spot. I really appreciated the friendly service and how quick and easy the whole visit was. Thank you, Evan, for saving the day!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
