I usually have had positive experiences here in the past. Today my experience was very negative. I waited at the front desk to pick up my prescription sunglasses and was friendly and polite when the representative came to assist. She got my glasses. When I asked nicely if she could help me adjust the arms to make it not crooked, the representative essentially flipped out, had a very nasty rude attitude. It felt totally out of the blue and was unexpected. I’m not sure what her issue was but it was incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t do any adjustments for me either all she did was spray and wipe the lenses. I hate leaving negative reviews but I’ve been having a very rough week and I was still being so polite the whole time. There was no reason for her behavior. I just feel lousy after that interaction. I don’t know if I even want to come back to have Rx lenses in the other new pair I got in the mail because I’d be uncomfortable receiving service from her. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and would never want to make a guest feel that way.

I walked into LensCrafters today, was in a rush, just needed my eyeglass bridge fixed. Every time I walk into the store, everyone is very nice and very attentive. Ryan helped me and no questions asked fixed within minutes what needed to be fixed. Not only did he fix it, tightened the fit and cleaned my glasses and all this for free! Their customer service so good and friendly, would return anytime to buy some glasses and they do have a nice collection!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
