I’ve had a consistently poor experience at this location due to a lack of technical knowledge and unprofessional service. I was originally upsold digital coatings and transitions that caused significant ghosting, blurred vision, and ineffective anti-glare at night. I later stopped by just to double-check the color of the transitions against others I’d seen, and the staff admitted they’d been having these same issues with other customers which begs the question of why it was recommended to me in the first place. Warning: Highly avoid the associate named Evan. After a second failed attempt with a "better" coating resulted in distracting internal reflections, the service turned sour. I watched Evan through the lab glass become visibly annoyed and wave his arms in frustration when he saw me return; he then had a colleague tell me he was "too busy" to help. A manager at a different LensCrafters immediately identified that the "digital coating" was the source of my vision issues. It’s clear this Nashua staff specifically Evan needs extensive training. Don't be fooled by the "Owner" responses here, either. They are generic, automated templates used to save face publicly while providing zero actual solutions. I will not be returning.

Got new glasses at this location. Love the staff, everyone was kind and helpful. Brought my friend a few days later to get adjusted cause they are visiting from the UK and they were incredible and were able to fix their glasses

One morning, my glasses broke and I needed to find a replacement ASAP. I went to this LensCrafters location late in the afternoon to find the same frames I had or a similar pair. Evan helped me find a great-looking pair and I was even able to reuse the lenses I already had. Evan’s service was exceptional and all staff were friendly; I’ll be going back for my next pair!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
