Unexpectedly, I found myself at the Pheasant Lane mall on 11/1 and stopped in at that location. I figured I would give Lens Crafters one more chance. I was immediately greeted and though they were swamped, advised to look around, was given a tray when they saw how many I was choosing and they checked in with me often. The location near Barnes and Noble need to step up
