You'll never meet a more genuinely kind person, constant laughter. Next person was Joe, the one with the massive chest and arms, and a lady killa smile. He gathered tons of information and without any pressure, got me to Logan and Bryant. These three have really transformed my entire existence at the gym. It is so impressive that you have such educated and mature men and women there not only helping others, but practicing what they preach for themselves. Even the other trainers and the cleaning staff are motivating, it's like they actually enjoy what they do. Christian, Amanda, Bill, Doug, Little Joe (not so little anymore) and many others! I'll be parting New England somewhere in the middle of 2026 and I can affirmatively say that Best Fitness of Nashua was the highlight of my stay, not joking. I wish I could fold Bryant in half, place him in my suitcase and take him with me to Florida. Thank you all so much for helping me regain my heath. ❤️

Unfortunately whether it be the bathroom sink, teadmil, stepper or a cable something always seems broken. The crew really makes this place;from top to bottom they are great, very helpful, friendly and just seem to care about you. From experience the trainers dont teach fundamentals or proper techniques, the classes are fun though.
