  My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last Friday. The entire team provided fabulous care to a very nervous patient! We are so very happy with our experience at Apex. Dr. Burk and his clinical team are informative, kind, and compassionate. I am also so grateful for the post-op phone calls from Ashley and Dr Burk, checking in to make sure my daughter was recovering well at home. Thank you, Apex!

  I was petrified about going to the dentist and I expressed my feelings to Dr. Farr he had a sympathetic ear him as well as his assistant they listen to my fears and reassured me that it will be okay knowing that he listen and was very through in my tooth extraction it really was the confidence I needed to calm my fears for the procedure. Thanks Apex and staff for having great customer service and genuinely care about your clients fears.

  I had been on a 7 year journey with 6 bad implants which caused me pain due to the wrong placement of them. Their was infections in 3 of them and due to there placement oral hygiene was difficult. I had lost all trust in Dental Surgeons but I spent over a year gaining the trust of Dr.Burk. He realized how terrified I was and truly listened to my concerns. Well last Monday I had my implants removed and everything is going fantastic and everyday is getting better and better. I found the Picasso in Dental Surgeons with Dr.Thomas Burk. I found the best!!!!!

  I had to have an emergency tooth extraction in the fall and was scheduled with Dr. Madden. She was wonderful, couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother. I just saw her again for my implant post to be put it and that appointment was just as smooth and quick. She does great work, is very fast, and very nice. She also let's you pick music to listen to which I find is a nice distraction from having some not so pleasant procedures done.

  I have had VERY BAD PAIN for a few weeks. I just knew it was the post that was put in years ago. I went to 2 oral surgeons. One could not read it because the Xray was black. I went to another OS and he said your teeth look good, the post looks good. You might want to see an Neurologist. I made an appt. I was not happy, still in pain. I call back to Apex and asked if they could please see me again, I was in so much pain. I saw Rachel and Emily. Emily was very thorough and wanted to get exactly what I was going through so they could give my the best care. When Rachael came in, she asked questions, showed me the xray and said your teeth are good, post is good. She explained what I was going through. She gave me an Rx to help with the pain. Thankfully. I missed three days of work. I usually do not miss work. Thank you Rachael and Emily. I am doing better.
