  Had the easiest, most comfortable cleaning ever. I have TMJ so my jaw hurts when open for any extended period but they worked around that not needing me to keep it open wide. Comfortable and nice experience. Thank you!

  One of my worst dental experiences. My appointment clearly stated I needed a filling and possible botox for tmj pain. I was clear since I didnt have time to waste. The xray process was traumatizing, even after I complained of TMJ pain. I had a novice struggling alone. Worst part!!! 1. The dentist tried to make me come back for cleaning without taking care of the problems I came in for. I advocated for myself and got an afternoon appointment because I needed the filling. 2. The dentist came in, pulled the chair back/down, asked me to open, and put a needle in my mouth. I only knew it was a needle after I felt the pinch. Then she just stood there holding the needle and waiting. My jaw was hurting from staying open(TMJ), and i moved because i felt the sensitivity from the treatment, she didnt even try to reassure me. SHE DID NOT EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE OR LET ME KNOW SHE WAS GOING TO NUMB MY CHEEK. What if I had moved when I felt the pinch, not kmnowing what it was? 3. When the dentist was done, she said "okay you're done". And she was gone. Mind you she walked out without looking at me. RUDE! PS: I'm a nurse and I would never touch a patient without telling them what i'm doing and how it's going ro go, especially if it involves needles. This was a crazy experience. 4. A lot of trauma inside my mouth this morning.The filling is too sensitive to cold, I guess from all the drilling she did. I'm definitely never coming back. About one month update: the filling hurts and is very sensitive to cold. I get same feeling I got when the dentist was drilling into my tooth. She was so unbothered, no empathy. It's sad.
