    I went to Dr Woodward to try and get my fear of flying under control ahead of some summer obligations that required me to travel by air for the first time in 6 or 7 years. I went in having no idea what to expect and, frankly, super skeptical of the idea of hypnotherapy, but I was willing to try it out. (FWIW It turns out my preconceptions about what hypnotherapy entails was WAYYYY off base.) I just got back from flying back and forth to Europe and I cannot express how happy I am that I went to Dr Woodward and how effective his treatment and plan was! If my anxiety and fear leading up to and during flights was a 9/10 before, it was down to a 3/10. I had an absolutely great experience and would highly recommend meeting with Dr Woodward if you are dealing with something similar to what I was dealing with.

    I'm having problems with serious anxiety and have been on and off therapy for years. Dr. Woodard says it's too much work for him.

    I agree with the other posters! Dr. Woodard does actually care about you and your privacy. I have been seeing him off and on for years, and have even brought my son in for his help. He has very good techniques for managing Anxiety and working through issues. He is very patient as I am currently going through probably the worst crisis in my life and he has had to deal with Metlife on my behalf and I know he is looking out for my best interest and NOT the insurance company! I am very that I have him in my corner for help. I have seen lot's of therapists over the years and he is by far my favorite...do NOT hesitate to see him!

    Very easy to talk to. Nice setting, you dont feel like you are in some greedy medication pushing office...He has a much better approach to healing. Spiritual, and self healing. Finding ways to deal with the difficulties in life, within yourself. We all have the capability to find peace in ourselves. Sometimes we just need some help finding our own way to accomplish this :) I would recommend him to anyone.
