  I was going to have major dental work at Perfect Dental. The price of the temp dentures seemed high. I made several payments towards the procedure. I decided to go with a different dental office. I requested a refund of the money I put down on April 4, 2026. I was told i would get a refund check within 4 weeks. I have made several requests for someone from the corporate office to call me on status of refund, I haven’t any response. The business manager has stated that a check mailed for the last two weeks. Currently going on 7 weeks and still haven’t received my refund.

  I walked in to my first appoint 15 minutes early. First thing I noticed were the floors in the reception area were decrepit. I asked what is wrong with these floors. The gal at the desk stated the installer used the wrong glue. Ok, but how long ago? Do you just leave them like that? Instantly I thought to my self, if they leave the floors like this, what else do they just accept. The gal at the front desk could not seem to find me in the system. Then gave to me an excuse that they must have tried to confirm with me and since I did not answer they cancelled the appointment. Odd, I never received a call or a voice mail. I asked what number they had. Get this, I was told that if they can't confirm the "SYSTEM" doesn't keep my number. I have worked on CRM's for 30+ years and have never seen one Delete your info at will. When I scheduled my appointment the person repeated my number back to me TWICE so I know they had the correct number. So basically, this place does not have their act together and fumbled. I took the morning off to be here, however I do believe it was a divine intervention because if a place keeps their floors like this, can't manage appointments then I can only imagine what's going on out back. Never again!

  I recently visited this dental clinic and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which helped ease my nerves. The dentist was professional, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel confident about the level of care I was receiving. I also appreciated that they followed proper hygiene and safety standards. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

  Chrystal , what a gem! Best disposition by all , treated like family! It’s all good, my little tooth man said “ perfect is as PERFECT does ” I gotta believe those words , the little guys right :)

  The doctor I had explained everything very well! Probably the best explanation of my teeth that I’ve ever gotten elsewhere. No judgment, clean, and I didn’t wait long. They printed out my treatment plan and explained my copay charges well.
