I have made an eye appointment to get my eyes tested for eye glasses. When the first appointment was made the wrong information was put into the system and my eye test would be on May. 7, 2026. I soon discovered that wrong insurance was imputed. I made multiple appointments with correct eye insurance. I received multi texts saying my more recent eye appointments have been canceled by the staff in eye examination office. I made an appointment on March 24, 2026. When I walked into get eye exam, the female associate stated that she canceled that appointment for that day, and to come back on May 7, 2026. I tried explaining that wrong information was entered into the computer, she was very argumentative. I called the other LensCrafters Office in Manchester and got eyes tested on March 25, 2026 with the correct eye insurance. The customer service at Lenscafters at the Mall is subpar.

I just stopped in for an adjustment to my frame, and they greeted me with a smile and did a great job in no time flat. Now that’s customer service!

Great experience at LenseCrafters at the mall of NH. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff all around. Special shoutout to Kathleen for helping me find the best glasses to flatter my face shape and for simply being kind and patient when providing me with additional information regarding my lenses.

Made an appointment on Thursday and they had open appointments Friday and Saturday. I chose Saturday morning. My eye insurance was in network and my last appointment was at “My eye doctor” and it wasn't a pleasant experience it was just shady and pushy. I can’t recommend this LensCrafters enough. For start to finish everyone was super pleasant very knowledgeable. My choices were endless, I felt the price was fair and never felt the least bit pressured. I will return for my next exam and recommend to friends and family. For a mall store it definitely isn’t a mall experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
