It's my 2nd year at this gym. Spacious, clean, new equipment and recently renovated. People are friendly, and they let me pay the whole thing up front, unlike some other gyms out there. Plus with my membership, I get to use both the Manchester and Londonderry locations. (The personal training though is quite expensive).

I’ve been a member for more than 15 years, dating back to when the gym was on Maple Street. The new management has been fantastic—John has truly been a breath of fresh air. Thanks to his leadership, the gym is improving every day.
For context, there was a period when the gym’s management had slipped a bit, and the facility wasn’t as clean or organized as it should have been. Some older reviews may reflect that time. Since then, the management team has completely changed, and the improvements are obvious.
I also noticed a comment about the gym not having a women-only area. They did many years ago, but it was phased out because it simply wasn’t needed—everyone here is friendly, respectful, and comfortable working out together. If you specifically want a women-only gym, this isn’t that. But if you’re looking for a neighborhood gym that’s smaller than big chains like PF, with a welcoming, respectful atmosphere where people mind their own business, this is the place.

I left this gym a month ago because it was dirty; there was dust everywhere and the floors were filthy. People weren't putting their weights away and awful loud music was playing through the whole gym. A month after I left, I decided to come check this place out again and it's completely different than it was. A sign was put up enforcing members to re-rack their weights, the music has changed, and the floors and equipment are clean now.

I've been a member of Workout Club for close at least 15 years through two locations. Love the mix of equipment and spaces to vary your workout and constant improvements. Recently with the addition of John (the new manager) we've seen things moving even further in the right direction. Whatever they are paying him, they need to triple it! Great alternative for anyone looking for a health club.
