- JCJaime Chapdelaine1 day ago1.0I previously gave a review about 6 years ago for five stars which I am now updating because it hasn't been the same since Dr Mohan was there. They have ridiculous policies for attendance such as if you miss more than one appointment they will no longer do advanced scheduling for you. They will make you schedule same day appointments, even if you are throwing up and that's the reason you missed the appointment, which essentially makes it impossible for you to still be a patient since you can't plan time off to go to an appointment. They can cancel your appointment anytime they want, even 3 hours before the appointment after they made you confirm the appointment about a half a dozen times in a 3 week time frame. There has been several times where I've been waiting for over an hour in the waiting room before I have been seen and also several times where I've been waiting in the chair for a good 45 minutes before anyone comes in. There is one dental assistant who is the absolute best but overall, I do not recommend this practice.

The medical team was smiling, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. What impressed me the most is that they took me in for my exam exactly at 8:00 AM, right on schedule with my appointment. Truly excellent service — highly recommended!
