My eye insurance was in network and my last appointment was at “My eye doctor” and it wasn't a pleasant experience it was just shady and pushy. I can’t recommend this LensCrafters enough. For start to finish everyone was super pleasant very knowledgeable. My choices were endless, I felt the price was fair and never felt the least bit pressured. I will return for my next exam and recommend to friends and family. For a mall store it definitely isn’t a mall experience.

- DWDaniel WoodsJan 16, 20265.0I was in need of an eye doctor and was comparing prices of the exam . After calling several places I found this Lens Crafters at the Mall of NH to be the best price . Even a lot less then the “W@l@mart store . It was easy making an appointment the staff answered all my questions about prices and available appointments. Very convenient (next day appt) . I walked in was greeted by staff checked in and she was very friendly and then had my eye test . After that she brought me to another room where Dr Pike came in promptly. He introduced himself talked to me and I expressed some vision concerns. He has an outstanding personality and took time to listen to me and explain things . I like the fact he was funny and had a way about him that you just liked him and he gave great professional advice. I will definitely go back to see him . Upon leaving one of the staff assisted me in choosing glasses and ordering a pair as well. I absolutely felt no pressure on them trying to oversell me. That goes a big way for me . In all highly recommend Lens Crafters Mall of NH and all the workers and Dr. Pike down to earth and funny !!
