I had a great experience at my appointment! The eye doctor was thorough and knowledgeable! I would have never before described an eye appointment as enjoyable and fun but with Dr Pike he made the appointment truly enjoyable and fun! Overall a relaxed and well organized appointment. I had some great help picking out an affordable pair of glasses and left there feeling very happy with my experience! Highly recommend this location and doctor!

Overall a relaxed, professional, well-organized and efficient Annual Eye Examination with Dr Nicholas Pike, OD supplemented by a thoughtful end-to-end check-in, pre-screening by experienced Techs, and post-examination sales with Kassandra who worked through insurance coverage, cost and variable options to ensure I received a great paid of new glasses I liked with all the extras for the best price with reasonable comparisons and understanding of options.
Highly recommended for location, convenience, open appointments and the extremely professional comfortable experience!

I drove 35 miles one way only to be told "The Doctor doesn't accept checks!"
There is NO SIGN stating this fact anywhere. I walked in and made an appointment, same employee as today!. I'm handicapped and Wasn't impressed!

Unbelievable service!!!! The Doctor and her whole staff were amazing, start to finish they were all helpful and very nice especially Miquelina can’t say enough of how great she was, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out my frames and she gave me a wide array of frames to pick from not just the expensive ones, I believed her opinion was genuine and helpful. 5 STARS for Miquelina keep the great work. I have been coming to LensCrafters for years for my eye exams and glasses. Yesterday my dog knocked my glasses off and they loosened. The glasses are 3 years old so I walked into the store sheepishly, explaining how I was a long time customer and was wondering if I could get them tightened. Kathy assured me I had no need to explain. She would be happy to help. The store was busy and she took her time with my glasses. I was her priority. Then when I thought she was done, she said I’ll wash them for you too. Now as I mentioned the store was busy but she took her time satisfying a customer’s need regardless of the fact I wasn’t buying. It felt great to know I wasn’t a number. You rock Kathy!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
