Highly recommended for location, convenience, open appointments and the extremely professional comfortable experience!

The glasses are 3 years old so I walked into the store sheepishly, explaining how I was a long time customer and was wondering if I could get them tightened. Kathy assured me I had no need to explain. She would be happy to help. The store was busy and she took her time with my glasses. I was her priority. Then when I thought she was done, she said I’ll wash them for you too. Now as I mentioned the store was busy but she took her time satisfying a customer’s need regardless of the fact I wasn’t buying. It felt great to know I wasn’t a number. You rock Kathy!
