They don't satisfied me. Sam did amazing job helping me and explaining me everything and learned alot more about my foot than my foot Dr ever did. Sam offer me water bottle and yes there's a restroom too. He was very friendly and educated me about my foot and what shoes & so on. Yes they are expensive $$ it be worth it in the end. They do offered financial assistance like carecreditcard.. Depending on your insurance you can send off the bill to see if it's gets accepted or not. I decided to buy the middle plan. I didn't buy shoes from them I got mine off Amazon in my color and I brought a different foot massager than one they recommended. I also learned I need to go up shoe size due to insoles and toe lift insoles. I don't have to make appointment because it was late morning on the weekday so I was the only one there. Instructions how to follow the guidelines so you won't forget. Sam gave me a lot of extra toe lift insoles for multiple shoes & other extra insoles. If they aren't comfortable down the road I can return them. I am impressed and very pleased with this store. I recommended to anyone who have bunch of foot issues. No matter how many professional shoes stores or foot Drs. to go to this is the best place to find out about our feet. On the bottom of each insole will say which foot L or R so it doesn't get confusing. Clear instructions and contact if we have any questions. Thanks Sam for helping out!
