  If I could give zero stars, I would. Workout Club is filthy, there’s a constant urine smell (worse in summer), and the equipment is outdated, grimy, and rarely fixed. They also allow kids from swim events to walk through the gym barefoot and soaking wet, which is completely unhygienic. Billing is just as bad. I canceled my membership, was told about final payment timing, but when their system couldn’t charge my card, no one contacted me, only scam-like robocalls. It was sent to collections instead. No accountability from Dana Hines in the billing department or anyone else. Dirty gym, poor management, unacceptable practices. Avoid at all cost.

  I had a deeply upsetting experience at this gym. I initially signed up for a Free VIP Pass online, and after that, I started receiving multiple invitation emails from the club encouraging me to come in and try the facility. ​I finally went with my nephew and sister, who are regular members. However, when I arrived, an employee named Spencer refused to let me train because I didn’t have a New Hampshire ID. I later saw that this requirement is hidden in tiny print on their site, but it is incredibly misleading to keep sending invitation emails to a registered user only to reject them at the door. ​I presented my passport as a valid legal ID, but it was dismissively rejected, and I was told I had to pay $15. Spencer’s attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, inferior, and discriminated against for being a foreigner visiting family. It is heartbreaking to receive such a cold and prejudiced reception at a place my family speaks so highly of. If you are a visitor, be aware: their invitations are misleading and the treatment is disrespectful.

  Great gym.The sauna,is,nice, but often crowded. The pool area is usually open for use. There could be more machines that do not rely on plates. Overall a decent gym.

  Absolutely fantastic place! The staff is great, the general crowd here is also wonderful. The equipment selection is actually very impressive, especially when you factor in it being a commercial gym and the cost. Very very hard to beat this! Absolutely recommend to anymore thinking about joining. My ONLY wish is that the hours were longer on weekends.

  They have a great selection of equipment including free weights, machines and cardio equipment such as stair strippers and treadmills. Swimming pools are well maintained and available for laps. Locker room (men's) could use an update. The lucky room had showers, sauna and lockers available. Crowding does not seem to be a problem and I've always found open equipment. Overall, a very good gym.
